About Us

About Slatters Court:
Slatter’s Court was originally built as a “car camp” between 1927 and 1935 on the historic Lincoln Highway, Route 40.  The entry into the park is framed on the left by the Olive Drive Barber Shop – originally built as a gas station – and on the right by the old grocery store – now our office.

Our many trees and small cottages interspersed with trailers and mobile homes creates a unique neighborhood tucked away between Olive Drive and the Southern Pacific Railway.

About Davis Trailer Park:
Davis Trailer Park and Slatter’s Court are owned and operated by the same folks, and both are located off Olive Drive. (For specific location info, see the “Find Us” page.) It is smaller than Slatter’s Court with about 40 spaces, as opposed to Slatter’s 76 spaces.

The bus line for UC Davis goes right by the park with a nearby stop on Olive Drive.
