Slatter's Court and Davis Trailer Park are owned and operated by the same folks...
The Rental Application available on this website and at the Slatter's Court office is used for both properties. The Davis Trailer Park Manager works out of the office at Slatter's Court.
Location: As shown below, Slatter's Court and Davis Trailer Park are located on Olive Drive less than 1/2 mile from each other. Davis Trailer Park is east of Slatter's and sits on the south side of Olive Drive - whereas Slatter's is on the north side of Olive Drive next to the train tracks.

About Slatters Court: Slatter's Court was originally built as a "car camp" between 1927 and 1935 on the historic Lincoln Highway, Route 40. The entry into the park is framed on the left by the Olive Drive Barber Shop - originally built as a gas station - and on the right by the old grocery store - now empty.
Our many trees and small cottages interspersed with trailers and mobile homes creates a unique neighborhood tucked away between Olive Drive and the Southern Pacific Railway.
Our community is an eclectic mix of artists, musicians, students, retirees, and everyone in between.
Affordable rates and convenient location to downtown Davis (and UC Davis) have made Slatter's Court a popular place to live for people from all walks of life.

About Davis Trailer Park: Davis Trailer Park has a few "Park Models," which are small manufactured homes with porches or decks. There are also many spaces for travel trailers from 25', some with room for pop-outs.
The bus line for UC Davis goes right by the park with a stop nearby at the end of Olive Dr.

Thank you,
Management
